Live+3s: WAYWARD PINES PREMIERE RATING NEARLY DOUBLES, POSTS LARGEST L3 LIFT OF ANY BROADCAST DEBUT THIS SEASON
We are very excited to report that Thursday's premiere of WAYWARD PINES drew tremendous playback in the U.S. over the first three days after it aired - nearly doubling its same-day rating (up +90% to a 1.9/6). This marks the highest Live +3 percentage lift of any series debut on the 5 broadcast networks this season.
WAYWARD PINES also continues to perform well in international markets. The premiere has been seen by 1.2 million people across the 24 markets for which we currently have data, and on average, the show increased its channel timeslot by +14%. In addition to the strong results in Australia and Norway we reported last week, we also saw positive trends in Korea, Chile and Singapore:
· KOREA: Among Pay TV customers aged 18-49, WAYWARD PINES performed +62% higher than the total weekly primetime average in that market.
· CHILE: The WAYWARD PINES premiere was the #1 show by far in its timeslot among Pay TV viewers 18-49 - with ratings +18% above the average in the time period.
· SINGAPORE: The day-and date telecast of the WAYWARD PINES premiere was the #1 rated program in the timeslot with viewers 18-49 on general English-language cable channels.
