VELOCITY IS UP AGAIN IN AUGUST WITH ITS HIGHEST DELIVERING MONTH EVER AND MATCHING ITS TOTAL DAY RATINGS RECORD

- Television's #1 Destination for Auto Lovers Cruises Into Fall with Highest Delivering Month Ever and Success Story in Total Day Ratings -

(Silver Spring Md.) - Velocity was firing on all cylinders this month with viewership that drove the network to record delivery and ratings numbers. Fueled by the return of signature series and stunt weeks, August was Velocity's highest-ever delivering month for Total Day in Persons and Men 25-54, Persons and Men 18-49, Households, and Men (M18+).

Specifically in Primetime, this past month was Velocity's best ever August for ratings and delivery among Households and Men (M18+). During Total Day, August also matched July as Velocity's best month ever for ratings on its target Men 25-54 demo.

The networks streak of success continues a strong ratings trend, as August 2015 marks 46 straight months of year-over-year delivery growth in Primetime for Households and Men (M18+).

Gains were driven by the return of Velocity's signature series WHEELER DEALERS when the Season 12 U.S. launch (8/26/15) ranked as Velocity's #1 season launch ever for Household delivery (400k). Additionally, Velocity's 3rd annual DREAM CAR WEEK grew 58% in overall reach vs. last year's stunt reaching 4.9M overall viewers, and earning double-digit ratings gains among Households, Men, and Persons (Primetime, 8/3-8/8/15 vs. 7/28-8/2/14).
