ABC Ranks as Monday's Most Watched Broadcaster for the 2nd Straight Week

ABC is Monday's Top Draw as Dancing and Castle Grow to Season Highs

ABC Monday Prime (8-11pm - 12.2 million and 2.1/6 in AD18-49): ABC was the most-watched TV net on Monday night (12.2 million), leading its broadcast competition for the 2nd week in a row. In addition, the Net ranked #2 among the broadcasters in Adults 18-49 (2.1/6), leading CBS (1.5/4) and Fox (1.0/3). ABC's Dancing with the Stars was Monday's most-watched TV show overall (14.3 million).

· The Net delivered new Monday season highs with viewers and young adults.

Dancing with the Stars (8-10pm - 14.3 million and 2.4/7 in AD18-49): From 8-10pm, ABC's finals of Dancing with the Stars beat NBC's The Voice by a season best in Total Viewers (+4.1 million - 14.3 million vs. 10.2 million) and marked its nearest finish this season with the NBC unscripted series in Adults 18-49 (0.1 rating point difference - 2.4/7 vs. 2.5/8). Dancing dominated its drama competition in the 2-hour time slot with Total Viewers and Adults 18-49, on CBS (Supergirl/Scorpion = 8.0 million and 1.6/5) and Fox (Gotham/Minority Report = 2.8 million vs 1.0/3).

· Building week to week in Total Viewers (+15%) and Adults 18-49 (+33%), DWTS delivered new season highs on both measures.

Castle (10-11pm - 8.0 million and 1.5/5 in AD18-49): At 10pm, ABC's Castle led its drama competition in Total Viewers (8.0 million) and took second in Adults 18-49 (1.5/5).

· ABC's winter finale of Castle was up week to week in Total Viewers (+19%) and Adults 18-49 (+36%), hitting new season highs on both counts.

Live + 3 Day for Most Recent Telecast (11/16/15): Last week's telecast of Castle delivered an all-time playback high among Adults 18-49, with a +73% jump over its L+SD rating. Castle shot up to a 1.9 rating in Adults 18-49 after 3 days of TV playback, growing +12% week to week to match its highest-rated L+3 telecast this season.

A note about DVR penetration: DVR penetration in the Nielsen sample is currently at 48% in U.S. TV Homes. As a result, the Live + 7 Day ratings are the most accurate measure to gauge the size of the TV audience.
