In Late-Night Metered-Market Household Averages for Saturday night:
· An encore telecast of "Saturday Night Live," with host Tracy Morgan and musical guest Demi Lovato (2.9/7 in metered-market households, 1.2/6 in adults 18-49 in the local people meters) equaled the show's best 18-49 rating in the local people meters for a rebroadcast since May.
· In the 25 markets with local people meters, the 1.2 for last night's "Saturday Night Live" matched the show's top rating for an encore since May 30 (1.3/6 with host Cameron Diaz and musical guests Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars).
· Note that "SNL" adds significant viewership via time-shifting, growing by +49% this season going from "live plus same day" ratings to "live plus seven day" ratings in national adult 18-49 results (from a 1.90 rating to a 2.83).
Saturday Primetime Results:
· "Dateline Saturday Night Mystery" (0.7/3 in 18-49, 4.5 million viewers overall from 8-10 p.m. ET):
· Delivers its biggest total-viewer result since the show's season premiere on Oct. 24 (5.1 million viewers overall).
· Despite last week's preemption, grows +4% versus its prior telecast in total viewers (4.497 million vs. 4.321 million).
· Grows from its first half-hour to its fourth by +33% in adults 18-49 (from a 0.6 rating to a 0.8), +33% in adults 25-54 (0.9 to 1.2) and +33% or 1.2 million persons in total viewers (3.7 million to 4.9 million).
· Is close to rounding up to a 0.8 (currently reporting a 0.74)
· "SNL Vintage" (0.8/3 in 18-49, 3.0 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET, with an encore of the Nov. 20, 2010 telecast of "Saturday Night Live" hosted by Anne Hathaway with musical guest Florence + the Machine):
· Poststhe highest 18-49 rating since Oct. 3 for a 10 p.m. "SNL" encore.
· Is up versus the prior week's "SNL Vintage" by +60% in adult 18-49 rating (0.8 vs. 0.5), +43% in adults 25-54 (1.0 vs. 0.7) and +36% in total viewers (2.994 million vs. 2.209 million).
