Thursday Primetime Results:

Estimates After 7 Days of Time-Shifting and Alt-Platform Viewing: Blacklist, 3.0; Heroes Reborn, 1.9.

"Shades of Blue" (1.4/5 in 18-49, 6.9 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

· Grows +8% week to week in 18-49 (1.4 vs. 1.3) and +4% in total viewers (6.933 million vs. 6.641 million).

· Wins the time period among ABC, CBS and NBC in 18-49 and total viewers.

· Wins among those nets in every other key measure (including a tie in men 25-54).

· Grows half-hour to half-hour in 18-49, despite the 10 p.m. hour, while the competing programs on ABC and CBS declined.

· Improved the time period by +27% versus what NBC averaged before "Shades" (1.4 vs. 1.1, L+SD non-sports).

· In its first three weeks has delivered NBC's only three in-season regular-program wins in the Thursday 10 p.m. hour in 18-49 versus original ABC and CBS competition in nearly six years (since March 4, 2010).

· Has now captured NBC's only three in-season regular-program wins Thursday at 10 against ABC and CBS originals in total viewers in nearly eight years (since March 27, 2008).

· Has now generated NBC's three highest total-viewer results in the slot with in-season regular programming in nearly seven years (since April 16, 2009, "Southland," 9.6 million).

· Retains 93% of its lead-in last night from "Blacklist" in 18-49, up from last week's 81%.

· These numbers will increase dramatically with time-shifting and viewing on alternate platforms:

· Last week's "Shades of Blue" grew by +72% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (1.32 to 2.27) and by 3.8 million persons in total viewers (6.6 million vs. 10.4 million).

· The 18-49 increase of +0.95 of a rating point is the #3 biggest L+3 gain this season for Week 2 of a new series on the Big 4 networks, behind only "Blindspot" (+1.60) and "Quantico" (+1.42).

· The total-viewer lift of 3.750 million viewers retained 95% of the show's Week 1 increase of 3.961 - which was the #3 biggest total-viewer lift ever for an NBC series premiere

· Last week's "Shades of Blue" added over 750,000 full-episode views (P2+) in seven days on NBC.com and Hulu (756,461).

"The Blacklist" (1.5/5 in 18-49, 7.3 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):

· Maintains 100% of last week's 1.5 in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings and 94% of last week's 1.6 in official nationals, which marched the show's high since its season premiere Oct. 1.

· Ranks #2 or tied for #2 in the slot among the Big 4 nets in men 18-49 and adults, men and women 18-34.

· Improves the slot +20% versus NBC's average last season (1.5 vs. 1.2, L+SD non-sports) and is up +37% in total viewers (7.295 million vs. 5.333 million)

· These numbers will increase dramatically with time-shifting and viewing on alternate platforms -- "Blacklist" has grown by +100% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 1.49 to a 2.98) and more than 4.9 million viewers overall (6.9 million to 11.9 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

· Upscale: "Blacklist" is generating a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 153 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3). "Heroes Reborn" (1.0/3 in 18-49, 3.8 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):

· Maintained 100% of its 18-49 rating for each of its prior two telecasts (1.0 on Jan. 14 and Jan. 7).

· Retained 99% week to week in total viewers (3.790 million vs. 3.834 million) to deliver the show's second-most-watched episode since Nov. 5 (3.975 million).

· These numbers will increase dramatically with time-shifting and viewing on alternate platforms:

· "Heroes Reborn" has increased by +76% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 1.35 to a 2.38) and more than 2.2 million viewers overall (4.5 million to 6.7 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

· Last week's Heroes telecast added more than 650,000 (P2+) in seven days on NBC.com and Hulu (661,948)

In Late-Night Metered Markets Thursday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 3.0/8; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.1/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.7/4.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.0/5; "Late Show," 0.5/3; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/2.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.2/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.4/5 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (1.0/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/2).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.9/4 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
