LEGENDS holds strong in week 2
DC'S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW was virtually on par with its impressive series debut last week, dipping by only a tenth in A18-49 (1.1/4) and A18-34 (0.8/3) week to week, and ranking #2 in the 8-9pm hour in M18-34 (0.9/4), and #3 in A18-34 and M18-49 (1.2/4).
LEGENDS improved its time period numbers by a huge +93% in total viewers (2.84M) over the same night last year, and +57% in A18-49.
THE 100 also grew its 9-10pm time period by big margins over a year ago, +63% in total viewers (1.67M), +33% in A18-34 (0.4/2), and +50% in A18-49 (0.6/2).
For the night, The CW was up +81% year to year in total viewers (2.25M), and +60% in A18-49 (0.8/3).
With last week's Live + 3 Day delayed viewing, the series premiere of DC'S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW ranks as The CW's 4th most watched series premiere ever (4.93M viewers) and 2nd highest-rated premiere ever on the network among M18-49 (2.3).
LEGENDS pulled ahead of the series premiere of ARROW, outrating it by +25% in A18-49 (2.0 vs 1.6), by +44% in M18-49 (2.3 vs. 1.6), by +15% in M18-34 (1.5 vs. 1.3), and by +3% in total viewers (4.93 vs. 4.8), and matched it in A18-34 (1.4).
LEGENDS gained +53% in total viewers in its L+3 totals compared to Live + Same Day viewing alone, +54% in A18-34, +51% in M18-34, +58% in A18-49, and +61% in M18-49.
Last week's third season premiere of THE 100 was up +25% over last season's premiere in total viewers in its L+3 total (2.71M), up +40% in A18-34 (0.7), and up +45% in A18-49 (1.0).
THE 100 gained +44% in total viewers over its L+SD numbers, +51% in A18-34, and +51% in A18-49.
