Sunday's Broadcast Ratings: NASCAR Coverage Sparks FOX Victory

Here are the highlights of the 11 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (5/29/16):

FOX (5.574 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.3, #1) was of course the network to beat on Sunday with its primetime coverage of the "NASCAR: Coca-Cola 600" (5.574 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.3, #1).

NBC (2.915 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T2) then was the number two draw with its mix of "Dateline NBC: On Assignment" (3.208 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T7), the season finale of "The Carmichael Show" (2.262 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T7), a repeat "The Carmichael Show" (1.799 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T9) and the two-hour "American Ninja Warrior: All Stars" (3.212 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.9, #2).

Sharing the silver was ABC (2.534 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T2) with repeats of "America's Funniest Home Videos" (3.503 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T3) and the feature "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" (2.212 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T3).

And finally, CBS (4.024 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.4, #4) closed out the evening with its all-repeat lineup of "60 Minutes" (6.328 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T3), "Undercover Boss" (4.078 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T3), "Madam Secretary" (3.050 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T9) and "Elementary" (2.640 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T9).

ABC (3.587 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.7, #2) then claimed the silver with its all-repeat lineup of "America's Funniest Home Videos" (4.587 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T2), "Dancing with the Stars" (4.144 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T9), "The Middle" (3.269 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T9), "The Goldbergs" (2.793 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T9), "Modern Family" (2.814 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T7) and "Black-ish" (2.361 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T7).
