Monday Primetime Results:

NBC dominated primetime with the "Macy's 4th of July Fireworks(R) Spectacular" ranking as the #1 telecast of the night on the Big 4 in every key measure.

"Macy's 4th of July Fireworks(R) Spectacular" (1.5/7 in 18-49, 7.0 million viewers overall from 8-10 p.m. ET):

· Grows +50% above last year in 18-49 rating (1.5 vs. 1.0 on Saturday, July 4, 2015) and +41% or +2.0 million persons in total viewers (6.968 million vs. 4.958 million).

· Hit three-year highs in 18-49 and total viewers, with the event's top Nielsens since scoring a 1.5 in 18-49 and 7.2 million viewers overall in 2013.

· Increases dramatically through the two-hour time period, generating this half-hour track: 1.1, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0.

· Grows +82% from its first half-hour to its fourth in 18-49 rating (1.1 to 2.0) and +78% or more than 4.3 million persons in total viewers (5.5 million vs. 9.9 million).

· Ranks as the #1 show of the night on the Big 4 networks in every key category.

· The annual special was emceed by "Today" co-hosts Willie Geist and Tamron Hall and, featured performances by Kenny Chesney, Pitbull, Sara Bareilles, DNCE, 5 Seconds of Summer, Meghan Trainor and the Radio City Rockettes.

A recap telecast of "Macy's 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular" (1.1/5 in 18-49, 4.6 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

· Is the #2 show of the night on the Big 4 networks in every key demographic, behind only the 8-10 p.m. first-run "Macy's" special.

· Tops CBS's original fireworks special in the 10-11 p.m. hour by a +38% margin in adults 18-49 (1.1 vs. 0.8).

· Outrates the first-run CBS special from 10-11 p.m. in every key demographic - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54.

· Grows +22% versus the year-ago 10 p.m. recap in 18-49 (1.1 vs. 0.9).

NOTE: There were local preemptions for local fireworks coverage on each of the Big 4 networks.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Monday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets (the Dallas market is currently excluded), household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.1/6 with an encore telecast; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 1.6/4 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.3/4 with an encore.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.7/4 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.3/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.3/2 with an encore.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline," averaged a 0.9/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (0.9/3 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.7/2 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.3/2 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.1/1 with an encore).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.6/2 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.1/1 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.

Sunday Primetime Results:

"U.S. Olympic Trials: Track & Field / Swimming" (0.8/4 in 18-49, 3.9 million viewers overall from 7-9 p.m. ET):

· Ties for #2 among the Big 4 networks in the time period in adults 18-49, adults 18-34, adults 25-54, women 18-34 and all key adult-male demos

· Grows steadily throughout the two-hour time period, with this track in 18-49: 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9.

· Increases by +50% from its first half-hour to its fourth in 18-49 rating (0.6 to 0.9) and by +40% or 1.3 million persons in total viewers (3.3 million to 4.6 million).

An encore telecast of "American Ninja Warrior" (0.7/3 in 18-49, 2.9 million viewers overall from 9-11 p.m. ET):

· Maintains 100% of its prior encore rating in this time period in 18-49 (0.7 vs. 0.7 on June 19) and grows +17% in total viewers (2.874 million vs. 2.460 million)

· Ranks #2 in the time period among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, total viewers and virtually all other key measures.

· Is close to rounding up to a 0.8 (reporting a 0.748 in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings).

NBC ranked #2 among the Big 4 networks Sunday night in adults 18-49 and tied for #1 for the night among those nets in adults, men and women 18-34.
