From Universal Cable Productions, Series Premiere Episode Also Garnered 6.2 Million Views Across Multiple Non-Linear Platforms in Advance of Television Debut

Los Angeles, CA, March 10, 2017 - The series premiere of E!'s new one-hour scripted drama, "The Arrangement," delivered a combined L3 audience of 2.2 Million Total Viewers and 1.2 Million Adults 18-49 across all airings on Sunday, March 5. E!'s strong night began with the global phenomenon "Fifty Shades of Grey" at 7:30pm leading into "The Arrangement" at 10pm. In its premiere timeslot on E!, the series debut of "The Arrangement" posted L3 averages of 1.3 Million Total Viewers and 735k Adults 18-49. "The Arrangement" ranks as the second biggest new scripted series launch of 2017 to date among Women 18-34 (294k). The premiere episode aired later in the evening on sister networks Bravo and USA. E!'s basic cable exclusive premiere of "Fifty Shades of Grey" delivered 1.3 Million Total Viewers and 696k A18-49, marking the network's most-watched movie run in seven years.

As part of its premiere strategy, E! debuted the full episode of "The Arrangement" on a variety of non-linear platforms for two weeks leading up to the television premiere. The episodes garnered more than 6.2 million views across YouTube, Facebook and VOD. E! also participated in a first to market collaboration with Snapchat where the full episode was available to watch on the platform. Across all non-linear and linear platforms combined, the total average audience for "The Arrangement" was 3.4 Million Total Viewers and 2.2 Million Adults 18-49.

"The Arrangement" builds on the success of E!'s first original scripted series, "The Royals," which was recently picked up for a fourth season.
