Monday's Broadcast Ratings: "The Voice" Tops Viewers, Demos for NBC

Here are the highlights of the 13 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (5/8/17):

NBC (7.701 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.6, #1) was the network to beat on Monday with a new "The Voice" (9.141 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.9, #1) and a special edition of "The Wall" (4.822 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T3).

ABC (7.522 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.2, #2) then was the silver draw with its duo of "Dancing with the Stars" (9.850 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.5, #2) and "Quantico" (2.867 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T11).

Next up was CBS (5.697 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.0, #3) and its mix of the season finale of "Kevin Can Wait" (5.592 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T3), a new "Man with a Plan" (5.075 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T6), the season finales of "Superior Donuts" (4.882 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T6) and "The Great Indoors" (3.957 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.7, #10) plus a new "Scorpion" (7.337 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T3).

Meanwhile, FOX (3.108 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.9, #4) offered up originals from "Gotham" (2.931 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T6) and "Lucifer" (3.285 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T6).

And finally, The CW (1.423 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.5, #5) closed out the evening with fresh installments from "Supergirl" (1.861 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T11) and "Jane the Virgin" (0.985 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.3, #13).

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.6/4; "Late Show," 0.4/3; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 1.2/4 in metered-market households; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.1/4. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.3/3 in 18-49; "Late Late Show," 0.2/2.

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
