OXYGEN MEDIA'S "AARON HERNANDEZ UNCOVERED" BECOMES HIGHEST RATED TRUE CRIME PROGRAM IN NETWORK HISTORY WITH 1.05 MILLION TOTAL VIEWERS

BIGGEST TELECAST FOR THE NETWORK IN THREE YEARS NETS 585,000 P18-49 AND 695,000 P25-54, BOTH RECORDS FOR OXYGEN SINCE THE REBRAND

Two Night Special Event Available on VOD and Oxygen.com

New York, NY - March 23, 2018 - Oxygen Media's "Aaron Hernandez Uncovered" debuted as the highest rated true crime program in network history, averaging 1.05 million total viewers across the premiere episodes on Saturday, March 17 and Sunday, March 18. Part two of the docuseries became the most viewed telecast for the network in three years, with 1.25 million total viewers and broke records in the key demos for an Oxygen true crime program with 585,000 P18-49 and 695,000 P25-54. Across all Oxygen airings of "Aaron Hernandez Uncovered" during the premiere weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the program reached 4.37 million total viewers and 1.88 million P18-49.

In addition, 40% of the viewers were new to Oxygen, and there have been over 104,000 streams of the event series to-date on Oxygen's digital platforms - setting a record since the rebrand. The two part "Aaron Hernandez Uncovered" is available on VOD and Oxygen.com to cable subscribers. Since rebranding as a full time crime programming destination in July 2017, "Aaron Hernandez Uncovered" is the latest original hit for Oxygen, the home for quality true crime programming, joining such ratings successes as "The Disappearance of Natalee Holloway" and "Dahmer on Dahmer: A Serial Killer Speaks," that have helped the network become one of the fastest growing cable networks (up +19% year over year in total viewers in total day). Additionally, February 2018 is Oxygen's most watched February in seven years among total viewers, and Oxygen.com continues to be the #1 most popular website dedicated to crime.

"Aaron Hernandez Uncovered" is the untold true story of NFL superstar Aaron Hernandez from the viewpoint of those who knew him best. With unprecedented access to Shayanna Hernandez, Aaron's fiancée and the mother of his only child, along with lead defense attorney Jose Baez, friends, former teammates, detectives, the prosecutor, the sheriff, and the journalists who covered his story extensively, this gripping two-part cautionary tale strips away the layers to answer the many questions left behind after Hernandez's tragic death.

"Aaron Hernandez Uncovered" is produced by Renegade 83 an Entertainment One Company, with David Garfinkle, Jay Renfroe, Bob Kusbit, and Vince DiPersio serving as Executive Producers. Jose Baez is a Consulting Producer.
