Friday's Broadcast Ratings: World Series Lifts FOX to Top Spot

Here are the highlights of the 12 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (10/26/18):

FOX (14.021 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 3.4, #1) was of course the top draw on Friday thanks to the primetime portion of the "World Series, Game 3" (14.021 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 3.4, #1).

CBS (6.841 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.7, #2) then took home the silver with originals from "MacGyver" (5.860 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.6, #5), "Hawaii Five-0" (6.872 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T3) and "Blue Bloods" (7.791 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T3).

Next up was ABC (2.875 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.6, #3) and a repeat of "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" (3.860 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.9, #2) alongside originals of "Child Support" (2.371 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T6) and "20/20" (2.394 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T6).

Meanwhile, NBC (2.385 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.4, #4) served up a new "Blindspot" (2.533 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T9) followed by the season premiere of "Midnight, Texas" (1.943 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T9) and a new "Dateline NBC" (2.678 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T6).

And finally, The CW (0.514 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.2, #5) closed out the evening with fresh installments from "Dynasty" (0.610 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.2, #11) and "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" (0.419 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.1, #12).

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 0.9/3 in metered-market households with an encore; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.1/3 with an encore.
