ABC's 'Generation Gap' Ranks as Summer's No. 1 Series Debut in Total Viewers

"Press Your Luck" (8:00-9:00 p.m. - 3.9 million Total Viewers and 0.5/5 in AD18-49):

The season four premiere of ABC's "Press Your Luck" soared over its year-ago premiere (on 5/26/21) by 15% in Total Viewers (3.9 million vs. 3.4 million) to deliver its most-watched season opener ever.

The "Press Your Luck" season premiere improved over its prior season average by 11% in Total Viewers (3.9 million vs. 3.5 million).

After seven days of viewing across linear and digital platforms, the season four premiere of "Press Your Luck" averaged 4.0 million Total Viewers and a 0.5 rating with Adults 18-49.

ABC's "Generation Gap" opened as the No. 1 series debut so far this summer in Total Viewers (4.5 million). In fact, "Generation Gap" ranked as the strongest unscripted debut for any summer series in 2 years in Total Viewers - since CBS' "Tough as Nails" on 7/8/20.

"Generation Gap" debuted as Thursday's No. 1 show in Total Viewers (4.5 million).

After seven days of viewing across all platforms, the series debut of "Generation Gap" grew to 4.8 million Total Viewers and a 0.7 rating in Adults 18-49.
