'Live with Kelly and Mark' Grows for the Second Week in a Row in Total Viewers and Households

Show Is Up Year Over Year in Total Viewers

· For the second week in a row, "Live with Kelly and Mark" rose week to week in both Total Viewers (+4% - 2.101 million vs. 2.013 million) and Households (+1% - 1.32 million vs. 1.31 million).

· Year over year, "Live with Kelly and Mark" was up in Total Viewers (+1% - 2.101 million vs. 2.088 million).

· On Tuesday (7/8/25), featuring Jensen Ackles, "Live with Kelly and Mark" turned in its most-watched telecast (2.285 million) in nearly two months - since 5/23/35.

· "Live" has now ranked as the No. 1 talk show in syndication for 128 straight weeks across most key measures, ahead of its closest competition by +75% in Total Viewers (2.101 million vs. 1.201 million), by +61% in Households (1.32 rating vs. 0.82 rating) and by 71% in Women 25-54 (0.41 rating vs. 0.24 rating). In addition, for the 40th week in a row, "Live" topped Women 18-49, outdelivering its closest competition by +53% (0.26 rating vs. 0.17 rating).

· Season to date for the fifth consecutive season, "Live" ranks as syndication's No. 1 talk show in all key measures, leading its closest competition by +64% among Total Viewers (2.173 million vs. 1.323 million), by + +57% in Households (1.43 rating vs. 0.91 rating), by +35% with Women 18-49 (0.27 rating vs. 0.20 rating) and by +48% with Women 25-54 (0.43 rating vs. 0.29 rating).

· For the sixth season in a row, "Live" is the sole leader in Daytime Talk with Women 25-54 (0.43 rating).

· "Live with Kelly and Mark" is the most-watched entertainment talk show on television in all key measures for the fifth consecutive season.
