· Still riding high after the show's successful Oscars(R) coverage, "Live with Kelly and Mark" returned from spring break, scoring its fifth straight week of year-over-year growth in both Total Viewers (+1% - 2.413 million vs. 2.398 million) and Households (+2% - 1.59 rating vs. 1.56 rating).

· "Live with Kelly and Mark" also notched year-over-year gains among Women 18-49 (+3% - 0.31 rating vs. 0.30 rating).

· Building week to week, "Live with Kelly and Mark" grew +7% among Women 18-49 (0.31 rating vs. 0.29 rating) and by double digits in Women 25-54 (+18% - 0.45 rating vs. 0.38 rating).

· Dominating the New York market, "Live with Kelly and Mark" towers over its closest competition this season by double and triple digits in Total Viewers (+91% - 188,100 vs. 98,300), Adults 25-54 (+96% - 0.47 rating vs. 0.24 rating) and Women 25-54 (+134% - 0.68 rating vs. 0.29 rating). In fact, Monday's telecast notched the show's best Adults 25-54 performance (0.80 rating) in 15 months - since 1/2/25.

· "Live" has now ranked as the No. 1 talk show in syndication for 167 consecutive weeks across all key measures, ahead of its closest competition this week by +51% among Total Viewers (2.413 million vs. 1.599 million ), by +43% among Households (1.59 rating vs. 1.11 rating), by +72% among Women 18-49 (0.31 rating vs. 0.18 rating) and by +50% among Women 25-54 (0.45 rating vs. 0.30 rating).

· Season to date, "Live" ranks No. 1 in all key measures, for the sixth consecutive season, ahead of its closest competition by +56% in Total Viewers (2.434 million vs. 1.565 million), by +52% in Households (1.58 rating vs. 1.04 rating), by +61% in Women 18-49 (0.29 rating vs. 0.18 rating) and by +57% in Women 25-54 (0.44 rating vs. 0.28 rating).

· For the seventh season in a row, "Live" leads Daytime Talk among Women 25-54 (0.44 rating).

· "Live with Kelly and Mark" is the most-watched entertainment talk show on television in all key measures, including Total Viewers, Households and Key Women demographics for the sixth consecutive season.
