· Kicking off with a strong start to Season 39, "Live with Kelly and Mark" rose over last season's premiere week by +4% in Total Viewers (2.334 million vs. 2.248 million), +6% in Households (1.51 rating vs. 1.42 rating), +13% in Women 18-49 (0.28 vs. 0.25 rating) and +9% in Women 25-54 (0.39 vs. 0.36), with the show's most-watched premiere week in three years and best performance among Women 25-54 in two years - since the weeks of 9/4/23 and 9/2/24, respectively.

· Week to week, "Live with Kelly and Mark" was up across the board, including Total Viewers (+7% - 2.334 million vs. 2.173 million), Households (+4% - 1.51 rating vs. 1.45 rating), Women 18-49 (+22% - 0.28 rating vs. 0.23 rating) and Women 25-54 (+5% - 0.39 rating vs. 0.37 rating), with the show's best overall audience and Household rating in five months - since the week of 4/27/26.

· "Live" has now ranked as the No. 1 talk show in syndication for 189 consecutive weeks (more than three years) across all key measures, ahead of its closest competition for the week by +53% in Total Viewers (2.334 million vs. 1.524 million), +50% in Households (1.51 rating vs. 1.01 rating), +17% in Women 18-49 (0.28 rating vs. 0.24 rating) and +18% in Women 25-54 (0.39 rating vs. 0.33 rating).

· Season to date, for the seventh consecutive season, "Live" ranks as syndication's No. 1 talk show in all key measures, outdelivering its closest competition by +53% in Total Viewers (2.334 million vs. 1.524 million), +49% in Households (1.51 rating vs. 1.01 rating), +13% in Women 18-49 (0.28 rating vs. 0.24 rating) and by +18% with Women 25-54 (0.39 rating vs. 0.33 rating).

· For the eighth season in a row, "Live" leads all Daytime Talk among Women 25-54 (0.39 rating).

· For the seventh consecutive season, "Live with Kelly and Mark" is the most-watched entertainment talk show on television in all key measures, including Total Viewers, Households and key Women demographics.
