DESCRIPTION:
(from CMT's web site, September 2008) CMT enlists Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders trainer Jay Johnson to whip 10 women back into their high school cheerleading shape in this new eight-episode series. Over a 10-week period, Johnson will work to restore the athletic physique of these former high school cheerleaders and transform their lives with the help of his wife Lin and his tough Army-style fitness regimen. Contestants will be physically and emotionally challenged as they compete for a $50,000 prize and the chance to perform again in front of a live audience.
