DESCRIPTION:
(from Viaplay US's web site, June 2026) An intense, character driven drama straight from the corridors of power, ‘The Inner Circle’ is based on a bestselling novel by Swedish political strategist Per Schlingmann. The series stars Niklas Engdahl (Viaplay Group’s ‘Hassel’; ‘Bonus Family’), Nanna Blondell (Viaplay Group’s ’Hassel’; ‘Real Humans’) and Ebba Hultkvist Stragne (‘Skärgårdsdoktorn’). The eight-part series is written and directed by Håkan Lindhé (‘30 Degrees in February’; ‘Modus’), and is produced by Håkan Hammarén at Fundament Film. ‘The Inner Circle’ premiered exclusively on Viaplay on 22 March 2019. |
