DESCRIPTION:
(from TV Guide's press release, September 2012) TV Guide Network today announced the U.S. premiere of the second season of "Rove LA" airing Saturday, October 6 at midnight ET/PT. "Rove LA" is a weekly, one-hour comedy talk show hosted by Australia's King of Talk, Rove McManus, who has been interviewing Hollywood's biggest stars for over 10 years running. Actor Russell Brand, "American Idol" finalist Adam Lambert and actress Kristen Schaal will be Rove's first guests on his 2012 season. Taped in front of a live audience at Warner Bros. studios, Rove invites three of the hottest stars to share his couch for an informal chat - often with a drink in hand. The casual Aussie atmosphere allows the celebs to relax and enjoy themselves which often leads to unpredictable television. In addition to studio guests, Rove will continue to explore the wonderful strangeness of Hollywood by hitting the streets of LA to unearth even more unbelievable, 'only in America,' characters and events. |
