DESCRIPTION:
(from National Geographic's web site, July 2026) Over 3,500 years, brave voyagers cross millions of miles of harsh Pacific Ocean in handmade canoes. They find and settle thousands of islands, reaching as far as Guam, Hawaii, Rapa Nui and Fiji. Becoming master navigators, they overcome deadly natural barriers, and build an ocean world like no other - one connected by canoes and legends of the sea. |
