DESCRIPTION:
(from HBO's web site, August 2025) In 1991, four teenage girls were brutally murdered at a frozen yogurt shop in Austin, Texas. Decades later, the unthinkable crime continues to mystify the police and haunt the families left in its wake. This four-part documentary revisits the case through interviews with investigators, victims’ families, and the two men who served time for the murders — examining law enforcement practices, relentless press coverage, and the lasting effects of grief.
