(from Ovation's press release, June 2014) Jon Hamm (Million Dollar Arm, Mad Men) and Daniel Radcliffe (Kill Your Darlings, Harry Potter film series), television's most unlikely alter egos, are back with A Young Doctor's Notebook & Other Stories, premiering Tuesday, August 19 at 10:00 p.m. ET on Ovation, America's only arts network. Season two of this darkly humorous series continues with more tales inspired by renowned Russian writer and playwright Mikhail Bulgakov. Adapted for television by writers Mark Chappell, Shaun Pye and Alan Connor, this new season finds our protagonist young doctor (Radcliffe) in evermore challenging predicaments - emotionally and physically. |
