AMC RELEASES THE FINAL "MAD MEN" PROMO, "TIMES OF YOUR LIFE," IN CELEBRATION OF THE END OF THE ICONIC SERIES
THE SERIES FINALE OF MAD MEN AIRS SUNDAY, MAY 17 AT 10PM ET/PT
In anticipation of the final episode of AMC's iconic series "Mad Men," today the network released the all-new 'Times of Your Life' spot - the final promo for the series. The beautiful retrospective piece, set to the popular song that was also used in a 1970s Kodak ad campaign, is presented from Don Draper's perspective and features memorable, moving scenes from the series. The spot, which uses the Paul Anka version of the song, will debut on Wednesday, May 13th and will also serve as the curtain raiser for the final episode, airing immediately prior to the series finale on Sunday, May 17th.
Set in 1960s New York, the sexy, stylized and provocative AMC drama "Mad Men" follows the lives of the ruthlessly competitive men and women of Madison Avenue advertising. The AMC drama made history as the first basic cable series ever to win the Emmy(R) for Outstanding Drama Series over four consecutive years. Created by Emmy(R) winner and executive producer Matthew Weiner, "Mad Men" is anchored by an ensemble cast, including Jon Hamm, January Jones, Vincent Kartheiser, Elisabeth Moss, Christina Hendricks, John Slattery, Aaron Staton, Rich Sommer, Jessica Paré, Kiernan Shipka, Christopher Stanley, Jay R. Ferguson, Kevin Rahm and Mason Vale Cotton.
