With a new album and a new lease on life, Tamar takes charge and begins to make decisions that could change their relationship forever. After losing 100 pounds, Vince is on a quest to reclaim his life and his health. Against Tamar's wishes and concerns for his health, he risks all and pursues skin removal surgery. Tamar faces her past, reuniting with her dad & her former BFF, Tiny.
