ACTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES - When Bradin (Jesse McCartney) saves his friend from drowning, he begins to contemplate a career in medicine rather than in surfing. Derrick (Nicholas J. Benson), who is jealous over the attention Jay (Ryan Kwanten) is giving his new girlfriend's son (guest star Eli Vargas), lands in trouble after going to great lengths to impress the boy. Lori Loughlin, Shawn Christian, Merrin Dungey and Kay Panabaker also star. Guest star Danielle Panabaker also appears. Robert D. McNeill directed the episode by Hollis Rich & Brenda Lilly (#212).
