(from Lifetime's press release, February 2024) Lifetime announces casting for the new original movie Danger in the Dorm, inspired by true crime novelist Ann Rule's story of the same name, as the latest movie to join Lifetime's library of Ann Rule titles. TV personality, entrepreneur, author, and philanthropist Bethenny Frankel is set to star, marking her Lifetime movie acting debut alongside Clara Alexandrova (A Million Little Things). Danger in the Dorm tells the story of a quiet college campus that is terrorized by a killer after an honor student is murdered. Currently in production, Danger in the Dorm will debut this summer as part of the Lifetime's summer Ripped From the Headlines movie slate.
