FOX Squeezes Out 'Lost' Episode of 'Simple Life'

CHICAGO (thefutoncritic.com) -- Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie aren't going away just yet.
FOX revealed over the holiday weekend it plans to air a "lost" episode of "The Simple Life" on Monday, January 26 at 8:30/7:30c as a lead-in to the second episode of its new reality series "My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance." The episode, the 10th half-hour produced of the series, sees "Paris and Nicole get a new job with a taxidermist, they find it a little stuffy. Meanwhile, Paris is overcome with homesickness and turns to best friend Nicole for comfort," according to a network press release.
The "lost" installment, which reportedly has been in the works for several weeks, won't be available on the DVD release of the series, which hits stores today. FOX also announced it is in talks with producers Bunim-Murray Productions and 20th Century Fox Television for a potential sequel to the highly-rated series.
