NBC Revamps Three Nights, Six Series
By Brian Ford Sullivan (TFC)

CHICAGO (thefutoncritic.com) -- NBC's "The Apprentice" will trade one juggernaut for another as the Peacock announced yesterday plans to revamp three nights of its schedule as six of its series will changing time slots over the next two weeks.

"The Apprentice," which saw its adults 18-49 rating fall a whopping 52% against FOX's "American Idol" this past Wednesday, will move back to Thursdays, this time at 9:00/8:00c, beginning next week. The Donald Trump-hosted series fared better against CBS' "C.S.I.," beating the drama in the key demographic by 9% (10.2 vs. 9.3) last week. Encores of "The Apprentice" however will continue to run in the Wednesday, 8:00/7:00c hour.

"Scrubs'" shift to Tuesdays will bump current Tuesday, 9:30/8:30c time slot holder "Happy Family" to 8:30/7:30c that night, while "Whoopi" will resume the lead off spot at 8:00/7:00c.
