SISTERS HILARY AND HAYLIE DUFF TO GUEST STAR ON "JOAN OF ARCADIA" IN FEBRUARY 2005, ON THE CBS TELEVISION NETWORK

Popular teen actress/singer sisters Hilary Duff ("Cinderella Story") and Haylie Duff ("Napoleon Dynamite") will both guest star on JOAN OF ARCADIA in February 2005 on the CBS Television Network. Hilary will appear on JOAN OF ARCADIA Friday, Feb 4; Haylie will appear Friday, Feb. 11, 18 and 25.

Hilary, who most recently starred with JOAN series regular Jason Ritter in the feature film "Raise Your Voice," will play one of Arcadia High's most popular girls who becomes Joan's (Amber Tamblyn) sycophant after Joan saves her life. Haylie will portray a student who begins to interact with Joan and her gang -- and who ends up learning something shocking about her own identity.

Actress and pop music star Hilary Duff, now an international platinum recording artist, first gained fame in the title role of the cable series "Lizzie McGuire." Her additional acting credits include starring roles in the feature films "Raise Your Voice," "A Cinderella Story," "The Lizzie McGuire Movie," "Agent Cody Banks" and "Cheaper by the Dozen." Her new album, Hilary Duff, follows her 3 � million-selling (5 million worldwide) first album Metamorphosis. Among the songs on the Top 10 soundtrack for "A Cinderella Story" is "Our Lips Are Sealed," Hilary and Haylie's cover of the Go-Go's song. Hilary and Haylie's voices are also both featured in the animated DVD/video release "In Search of Santa."

Actress, singer/songwriter Haylie Duff was a member of the girl music group Trilogy and is currently pursuing a solo career. Among Haylie's songwriting credits are two songs on Hilary's hit solo debut album Metamorphosis. Haylie is also writing and recording the theme song for a series of Christian DVDs called "Surf City Summer," in which she will also voice the animated lead character. Haylie first appeared in the two-part CBS mini-series "True Women" and followed with the television movie "Hope," which was directed by Goldie Hawn. On film, Haylie has appeared in "Napoleon Dynamite," "This Girl's Life," "I Love Your Work," "Addams Family Reunion," "The Newman Shower" and "Dreams in the Attic." Her additional television credits include guest-starring roles in the series "Third Watch," "Boston Public," "That's So Raven," "The Amanda Show" and "Chicago Hope."
