The Best of The Fab Five in Five New Titles and an 8-Disc Boxed Set Available Summer 2005

"Queer Eye for the Red Sox" Makes Retail Debut Two Weeks After Tuesday, June 7, 2005

NEW YORK -- June 1, 2005 -- Bravo and Genius Products, Inc. announced today an agreement to distribute Bravo's Emmy Award winning television series "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" on DVD through Genius Products' Branded Distribution Network (BDN). Four new releases featuring the best segments from the first season of the series, along with hilarious out-takes and bonus material will be available individually and as a boxed set this summer. "Queer Eye for the Red Sox," the first release from the current season, will be available at retail June 21, 2005, two weeks after the Tuesday, June 7 television premiere on Bravo.

In making the announcement, Howard Balaban, Executive Vice President of New Business Development at Genius Products said: "We are thrilled to be chosen as the DVD distributor for Bravo's incredibly popular television series. Our Branded Distribution Network is perfectly positioned in the marketplace to focus on the unique and specialized content in the Bravo library. 'Queer Eye' will be a great example of the success we can create together at all points of retail, including specialty, mass and non traditional points of distribution."

"Queer Eye and the Fab Five cast has truly become a pop culture phenomenon," said Lauren Zalaznick, President of Bravo. "As we kick off our all new series of Queer Eye episodes, this first ever Queer Eye DVD collection will be a 'make-better' addition to any Queer Eye fan's DVD library."

"Queer Eye for the Red Sox" brings the Fab Five to the ballpark to transform Kevin Millar, Johnny Damon, Jason Varitek, Time Wakefield and Doug Mirabelli, five members of the team that executed the greatest comeback in World Series history. The show is scheduled to premiere on Bravo June 7, 2005.

Commenting on the "Red Sox" release, Balaban said: "To make the most of the phenomenal demand for TV shows on DVD, a timely introduction at retail is essential. Genius Products' Branded Distribution Network was established for just that reason. With BDN, we'll have the 'Queer Eye for the Red Sox' on store shelves nationwide just two weeks after the Bravo premiere."

Other titles set for release this summer include:

"Carson's Style" is a stylish collection of makeovers from fashion savant Carson Kressley. The second DVD features Carson Kressley's funniest outtakes, a favorite episode from the television series' first season and a photo gallery.

"Kyan and Jai... Looking Good" teams grooming guru Kyan Douglas with culture vulture Jai Rodriguez for a one-two punch on looking your best and acting your best in social situations. A bonus DVD will also be included in the package.

"Ted's Food & Wine" offers a delectable menu of advice and demonstrations on cooking and entertaining from food and wine connoisseur Ted Allen. A bonus DVD will also be included.

"Best of the Fab Five" packages the above four titles in an eight-disc boxed set.

Queer Eye for the Straight Guy is a guide to "building a better straight man,"- a "make better" series designed for guys who want to get the girl, the job or just the look.
