TIME WARNER DIGITAL CABLE SUBSCRIBERS GET EXCLUSIVE FIRST PEEK OF NEWEST OXYGEN ORIGINAL NADINE IN DATE LAND ON VOD

NEW YORK, NY June 10, 2005 -- Oxygen is giving Time Warner Digital Cable subscribers a chance to see its newest original movie, Nadine in Date Land, starring Janeane Garafolo, before its premiere on Oxygen. This is the first time that Oxygen has premiered programming on VOD. The film will be available free of charge exclusively on Time Warner on Demand from June 17-23. The film premieres on Oxygen Saturday, June 25 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT.

Its an ongoing priority at Oxygen to match our business goals with those of our distribution partners, and we were delighted to partner with Time Warner Cable to premiere original programming on VOD, said Lisa Gersh Hall, President and Chief Operating Officer, Oxygen Media.

We are interested in unique VOD program offerings that appeal to women, so partnering with a forward-thinking programmer like Oxygen to preview Nadine in Date Land was an opportunity we jumped on, said Robert G. Benya SVP On Demand, Time Warner Cable.

Nadine in Date Land stars Janeane Garafolo as Nadine, a 30-something, down-on-her-luck matchmaker who cant seem to fix even her own loveless love life. In Oxygens newest romantic comedy, Nadine in Date Land, actress-comedienne Janeane Garofalo stars as Nadine, owner of a dating service that needs a professional revamping soon to prevent her business endeavor from closing its dating doors. Short on cash, Nadine convinces her mother (Swoosie Kurtz) to invest in her matchmaking agency. But theres one small catch. In order to get out of the red, Nadine must prove to her mother that she can make a successful romantic match between herself and Adam (Brad Rowe), her old college sweetheart. With the help of her best friend Star (Tamala Jones), shell go to any measure to win Adam in order to keep her agencyeven if it means taking a mission impossible approach to dating.
