HAVE YOUR BUNS GRILLED BY GORDON RAMSAY AS TV'S HOTTEST CHEF SERVES UP A FEW 4th OF JULY BARBEQUE TIPS

More Fireworks on the Menu in an All-New Two-Hour Episode of HELL'S KITCHEN Monday, July 11, on FOX

Star chef Gordon Ramsay shares some advice on how to have a successful barbeque with spot-on food this 4th of July:

TIPS FROM GORDON RAMSAY ON MANNING THE BBQ:

1. Don't pierce meat with a fork flavorful juices can be lost!

2. Keep your mouth shut!

3. Don't disrespect your ingredients!

4. Never leave your station!

5. Don't desert your team!

6. Hot food is always served on a hot plate!

On Monday, July 11 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), HELL'S KITCHEN returns with a special two-hour episode in which egos and tempers reach a boiling point. As the contestants prepare for their sixth dinner service, Chef Ramsay reveals the latest twist each team will create its own menu consisting of three appetizers, entrees and desserts. At the end of the service, the contestants learn the hard way that each person is out for him- or herself while two contestants' futures at HK are on the line.

Later, the five remaining contestants learn they are no longer competing as teams, but as individuals who must work together (and against one another) to complete an entire dinner service. The theme of the dinner is "tableside service," with both the appetizers and dessert prepared tableside. To further complicate the night, there is a power failure, and the filet mignon mysteriously disappears. Accompanied by the usual relentless criticism from Chef Ramsay, the service proves to be too stressful for some of the wannabe chefs, who lose their cool and retaliate. But Ramsay gets the last word and someone's head ends up on his chopping block on HELL'S KITCHEN.
