FINAL TWO EPISODES OF NBC'S "AVERAGE JOE: THE JOES STRIKE BACK" TO AIR TUESDAY, JULY 26 AND WEDNESDAY, JULY 27

Eliminated Joes Who Got Makeovers Return To The Competition As Anna And The Finalists Head To Tahiti For Romantic Getaway

BURBANK, Calif. -- July 19 -- The final two episodes of "Average Joe: The Joes Strike Back" - the newest installment of NBC's popular relationship series about average-looking guys with big hearts and great personalities hoping to win the love of a beautiful woman - will air on consecutive days, with episode five airing Tuesday, July 26 (8-9 p.m. ET) and the finale airing Wednesday, July 27 (8-9 p.m. ET).

In episode five, only four contestants remain to try and win bachelorette Anna Chudoba's heart, and they'll all get a chance to try on a romantic getaway to the paradise of the South Pacific - Tahiti. But the competition takes a shocking turn when the car taking Anna to the airport makes an unexpected stop, bringing Anna face-to-face with all of the eliminated Joes who had stylish makeovers and now return to the competition looking their best. Later, Anna has private unforgettable dates in Tahiti with each of the finalists before choosing who the final two contestants will be.

The romantic adventure continues in Tahiti with the must-see finale on July 27, when Anna must decide at last which of the two finalists she'll choose. But first, both finalists go on an unexpected date with a very special surprise visitor, and then Anna has one last romantic evening with each of the two men. Later, in an emotional and stunning conclusion, Anna decides who will be eliminated -- and who has won her heart.

The six-episode series is a production of NBC Universal Television Studio and Krasnow Productions. Stuart Krasnow ("Average Joe 1-4," "Weakest Link") and Andrew Glassman ("Average Joe 1-4," "Three Wishes") are the executive producers.
