BRAVO PRESENTS THE COMPLETE SEASON OF 'THE LAW FIRM'

BRAVO PRESENTS THE COMPLETE SEASON OF DAVID E. KELLEY SERIES 'THE LAW FIRM,' FROM THE BEGINNING STARTING TUESDAY, AUGUST 30

Hosted By Famed Trial Attorney Roy Black, Insightful Series Features Twelve Legal Eagles As They Compete For A $250,000 Prize By Trying Real Court Cases With Real Outcomes

NEW YORK - August 22, 2005 - Bravo will air the eight-episode competition reality series "The Law Firm," beginning with back-to-back airings of the first two one-hour episodes Tuesday, August 30 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. The subsequent, never-before-aired episodes will roll out Tuesdays at 8:00 p.m. for six consecutive weeks starting September 6.

The unscripted series from multiple Emmy Award winning producer David E. Kelley ("The Practice," "Ally McBeal," "L.A. Law") provides an informative peek inside the legal system by following real lawyers as they compete against each other and try real court cases with real clients, in front of real judges and juries, resulting in outcomes that are final, legal and binding for the parties. Representing a diverse array of legal backgrounds the competing attorneys must think quickly on their feet and remain composed in even the stickiest of situations.

Smart, strong-willed and fiercely competitive, the attorneys work together in different teams each week, battling tight deadlines, intense pressure and even each other as they strategize, prepare and try their cases, which range from First Amendment issues to neighbor disputes to wrongful death. Judges will decide some of the cases, while a jury determines the others. Each week, the stakes get higher -- not only in the competition among the lawyers but with the cases themselves. In the end, the top attorney will win a prize of $250,000.

Premier trial attorney and legal analyst Roy Black is the managing partner of "The Law Firm" and determines which of the twelve lawyers will be eliminated each week. A renowned criminal defense and civil lawyer with more than 35 years of experience, Black has represented such high-profile clients as William Kennedy Smith, Rush Limbaugh and artist Peter Max. Black serves as senior partner of the busy Miami-based law firm of Black, Srebnick, Kornspan & Stumpf, P.A. In addition, he currently serves as an NBC News legal analyst, appearing regularly on "The Today Show" and other NBC and MSNBC news programs. He was recently selected by his peers for the fifth consecutive edition (a span of 10 years) for inclusion in "The Best Lawyers in America 2003-2004."

"The Law Firm" is produced by Renegade 83, Inc. in association with David E. Kelley Productions and Twentieth Century Fox Television. "The Law Firm" is executive produced by Kelley, David Garfinkle ("Surreal Life," "Blind Date," "The 4400"), Jay Renfroe ("Surreal Life," "Blind Date," "The 4400"), Jonathan Pontell ("Ally McBeal," "Boston Public") and Robert Breech ("The Practice," "L.A. Law").
