Adult Swim Resumes #1 Ranking Among Basic Cable for Adults 18-34 and Captures Adults 18-24 for 29th Straight Week

Accounts for 14 of Top 50 Programs of the Week for Adults 18-34 on Ad-Supported Basic Cable

Defeating the heavy sports line-up last week that typically draws its target viewers, Adult Swim ranked #1 among ad-supported basic cable for total day delivery of key young adult demos, according to Nielsen Media Research. The late-night animation block led basic cable total day delivery with its target adults 18-34, men 18-34, adults 18-24 and men 18-24. Adult Swim also ranked #6 overall among ad-supported cable networks for delivery of adults 18-49.

Highlights of Adult Swim�s performance last week include the following:

ADULT SWIM (Monday-Thursday and Saturday, 11 p.m.-6 a.m.; Sunday, 10 p.m.-6 a.m.)

- Adults 18-34 delivery totaled 379,000, with an average 0.6 rating.

- Adults 18-24 delivery totaled 230,000, with an average 0.8 rating.

- Men 18-34 delivery totaled 257,000, with an average 0.8 rating.

- Men 18-24 delivery totaled 155,000, with an average 1.1 rating.

- Adults 18-49 delivery totaled 507,000, with an average 0.4 rating.

Adult Swim also charted 14 of the top 50 telecasts of the week among adults 18-34 with animated comedies Family Guy (#8, #10, #12-14, #38) Robot Chicken (#15, #29-30), American Dad (#20), Futurama (#21. #23, #42) and Aqua Teen Hunger Force (#39). Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law joined the list of high-ranking comedies to help Adult Swim claim 17 of the top 50 programs with men 18-34.
