SOARING, SOARING, SOARING� ..."NCIS" KEEPS SOARING "NCIS" Hits Record High Viewership for the Fourth Time in Five Weeks It was another Tuesday and another NCIS record. NCIS again soared to new heights, attracting a series record 18.08 million viewers, according to final Nielsen ratings for Nov. 1. This is the most watched episode ever for the third straight week and the fourth time in five weeks. At 8:00 PM, NCIS was first in households (11.3/17), viewers (18.08m), adults 25-54 (5.9/14) and adults 18-49 (4.2/11) for the sixth consecutive week. This also matches the second best adults 25-54 performance. NCIS was Tuesday's #1 program in households and viewers.
