Hallmark Channel's 2q Delivers Highest Prime Time Ever and Highest Ever June

HALLMARK CHANNEL�S 2Q DELIVERS HIGHEST PRIME TIME EVER AND HIGHEST EVER JUNE

Original Movies Contribute to Network�s Ratings Performance, Including the Premiere of �Where There�s a Will�

Hallmark Channel has again topped itself with its highest-ever-rated quarter in 2nd quarter 2006 in prime time HH delivery as well as its highest-ever-rated June. The ratings record can be attributed in part to the network�s ongoing original movies. In 2nd quarter 2006, Hallmark Channel continues to rank among the Top 10 cable network in HH ratings for both Total Day, at .7, and Prime Time, at 1.1 and among the Top 10 cable networks for key demo ratings for Total Day.

Hallmark Channel also ranks among the Top 10 cable networks in June 2006. The network ranks #9 in both Total Day (0.7) and Prime Time (1.2) HH ratings, #9 in P2+ Total Day ratings and #8 in P2+ Prime Time.

Hallmark Channel is now seen in 74 million homes (for July �06), adding nearly 2.9 million new subscriber homes in 2006-to-date.

The Original movie premieres of �Where There a Will� and ��Though None Go With Me� contributed to the record ratings performance for the network. The premiere of Hallmark Channel�s Original movie, �Where There�s A Will,� starring Marion Ross and Frank Whaley, Saturday, May 6 (9-10:55 p.m., ET/PT), was the network�s highest-rated program ever in May delivering a 2.2 HH ratings and 1.6 million homes. The movie was seen by over 3 million unduplicated viewers P2+, and was the highest-rated ad-supported cable move if the day.

The premiere of the Original movie �Though None Go With Me,� starring Cheryl Ladd, Saturday, April 8 (9-11 p.m., ET/PT), was the highest rated ad-supported cable movie for the day delivering a 2.0 HH rating and 1.5 million homes. The movie was seen by nearly 3 million unduplicated viewers P2+.

Hallmark Channel is a 24-hour basic cable channel that provides a diverse slate of high-quality entertainment programming to a national audience of 74 million subscribers. The program service is distributed through more than 5,300 cable systems and communities as well as direct-to-home satellite services across the country.
