MTV2 Set To Premiere "The Final Fu" And A New Season Of "High School Stories" Beginning July 17th
Santa Monica, CA � July 6, 2006 � MTV2 announced today the debut a new season of �High School Stories� and the premiere of �The Final Fu.� These daily series will air respectively beginning July 17th at 7 PM and 7:30 PM (ET / PT) and will run for four weeks thru August 11th. In addition, MTV will also be airing �The Final Fu� at 11 PM (ET / PT) beginning on July 17th.
�High School Stories�
�High School Stories� is a daily series that takes a look at the high school-related pranks, sports mishaps, and scandals that have set towns abuzz from coast to coast. Viewers get a chance to hear the pranksters� side of the story, as well as see the consequences of the prank. �High School Stories� is executive produced by Dave Sirulnick. Supervising producer is Marshall Eisen.
�The Final Fu�
�The Final Fu� is a daily martial arts competition series pits fighters from various martial arts disciplines against each other combining challenges and semi contact point fighting, designed to find out who has the ultimate martial arts skills. The fighter with the highest total points scored at the end of the final week of the series wins the competition, becoming The Final Fu. The host of the show is actor and martial arts superstar, Ernie Reyes Jr. ("The Rundown,� �The Last Dragon,� "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles," and "Red Sonja"). �The Final Fu� is created/produced by Amanda DeSeta and executive produced by Carol Eng and Justin Rosenblatt.
