PSYCH DEBUTS AS THIS YEAR'S MOST WATCHED NEW SHOW IN BASIC CABLE

MONK SETS RECORDS IN NEW TIMESLOT

NEW YORK, NY - July 10, 2006 - USA Network took the ratings crown this past Friday with new series PSYCH debuting as the highest rated new scripted series on basic cable this year. Emmy nominated MONK set new records becoming the most watched scripted hour in basic cable ever at Fridays 9PM.

With a 4.51 rating and an average of 6.1 million total viewers. PSYCH was the highest rated scripted series premiere on basic cable this year in all key demos (households, P18-49, P25-54, and total viewers).

The MONK Season 5 premiere earned more viewers than any scripted hour in basic cable ever in the Friday 9PM hour, with an average of 5.1 million total viewers (3.89 rating).

The success of these two programs also translated to viewers on usanetwork.com. The PSYCH website has seen 600,000 page views and over 100,000 views of the interactive games since they went live on Friday. In addition, 30,000 PSYCH videos have been streamed. The MONK website has seen impressive traffic as well with 1 million page views since July 1. The MONK Concentration game has seen 225,000 page views in just 9 days and 30,000 MONK webisodes have been streamed.
