USA's Summer Continues as #1 Network

USA'S SUMMER CONTINUES AS #1 NETWORK

NEW YORK � August 8, 2006 � In the sixth week of 3Q06, USA continued its successful summer run as the #1 ranked network in basic cable prime among households (2.4 rating), P18-49 (1.3 million), P25-54 demos (1.3 million) and total viewers (2.9 million).

USA's original series dominated their nights again, with USA ranking #1 on Monday with WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW, MONK and PSYCH winning Friday night, and THE 4400 and THE DEAD ZONE as the top two original series on Sunday.

� WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW telecasts at 10p and 9p on Monday were the top two basic cable programs of the night among P18-49, and USA was the #1 network in basic cable prime on Monday among P18-34 (1.1 million) and P18-49 (2.1 million).

� USA's MONK and PSYCH were the top two programs in basic cable prime on Friday, with MONK taking the #1 spot among households and total viewers, and PSYCH ranking #1 among P18-49 and P25-54. MONK and PSYCH were the only programs to average over two million viewers in the key P25-54 demo in Friday prime.

� USA was by far the #1 network in basic cable prime on Friday among households (3.3 rating), P18-49 (1.6 million), P25-54 (1.8 million), and total viewers (4.2 million), topping the nearest competitor by 105% in the key P25-54 demo.

� USA's THE 4400 and THE DEAD ZONE once again ranked as the top two original series in prime on Sunday, with an average of 1.8 million and 1.4 million P25-54 respectively.

USA Network surpassed its ratings for the same week last year (8/01-8/07/05) in all key demos, up 16% in households, up 2% in P18-34 delivery, up 15% in P18-49 delivery, up 19% in P25-54 delivery, and up 21% among total viewers
