USA IS MOST WATCHED CABLE NETWORK FOR THE WEEK

NEW YORK, NY � August 15, 2006 � USA was the most watched network in basic cable prime during the seventh week of 3Q06 with total viewers (2.9 million) and also ranked #1 among P18-34 (0.5 million), P18-49 (1.3 million.)

USA's original series dominated their nights again, ranking #1 on Monday with WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW, MONK and PSYCH easily winning Friday night, and THE 4400 and THE DEAD ZONE as the top two scripted series on Sunday.

� WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW telecasts at 10p and 9p were the top two telecasts in basic cable prime on Monday among P18-49, and USA was the #1 network on Monday night among P18-34 (1.0 million), P18-49 (2.0 million), P25-54 (1.9 million), and total viewers (4.3 million).

� USA's MONK and PSYCH were the top two programs in basic cable prime on Friday, with MONK taking the #1 spot among households, P25-54, and total viewers, and PSYCH ranking #1 among P18-49. MONK and PSYCH were the only programs to average over two million viewers in the key P18-49 and P25-54 demos on Friday.

� USA was by far the #1 network for Friday night among households (3.5 rating), P18-49 (1.7 million), P25-54 (1.9 million), and total viewers (4.3 million). Ranking ahead of all broadcast and cable competition, USA was the #1 network in the Friday 9p time slot in four demos (P18-49, P25-54, F18-49, and F25-54).

� THE 4400 and THE DEAD ZONE ranked as the top two scripted series telecasts in prime on Sunday, with an average of 1.7 million and 1.5 million P25-54 respectively

USA Network surpassed its ratings for the same week last year (8/08-8/14/05) in all key demos, up 19% in households, up 8% in P18-34 delivery, up 12% in P18-49 delivery, up 18% in P25-54 delivery, and up 22% among total viewers (Live+SD vs. pre-DVR data).
