FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER A SEASON FINALE WILL AIR EXCLUSIVELY ON MTV.COM

SECOND SEASON OF THE HIT SHOW TWO-A-DAYS PICKED UP FOR 2007

New York, NY, September 28, 2006 -- MTV: Music Television today announced that for the first time ever the network will air the season finale of a hit series exclusively on MTV.com. The finale of Two-A-Days, the popular News & Docs series about high school football, will premiere on MTV.com immediately after the 2nd to last episode, airing on MTV at 10:30pm (ET/PT) on October 11th.

This is the first time that any network has shot a season finale specifically and exclusively for online air. Viewers will learn what happened to the team in the weeks following the last game of the season and where each player's future may take him. The Two-A-Days online season finale fits into MTV's digital strategy to develop engaging experiences for viewers to connect around their favorite series and the MTV brand.

In addition, MTV announced that Two-A-Days has been picked up for a second season and will once again profile the Hoover High School Buccaneers of Hoover, Alabama. The new season will introduce the audience to a brand new batch of players. Two-A-Days Season Two is slated to premiere in 2007.

"Two-A-Days has been our breakout hit this fall. All season, fans have followed the triumphs and plight of Hoover High, and now get to witness the final episode with MTV's first ever broadband season finale," said Brian Graden, President of Entertainment, MTV Networks Music Group and President of Logo. "We are reinventing the formula and no longer think of programming in terms of just when, but also where and how. Our audience lives in a digital universe, and the Two-A-Days finale speaks to the heart of our digital strategy -- creating and delivering emotional, compelling MTV content everywhere our audience demands it."

Two-A-Days has been seen by over 46 million viewers this season and has had nearly 2 million streams viewed on mtv.com/overdrive. In addition, 1.3 million after-shows were viewed online. Each episode of Two-A-Days has been available on MTV.com and has garnered more than 500K streams. Since its launch the show has been averaging 94K unique visitors per week.

On this season of Two-A-Days, viewers watch as the Bucs pursue their fourth state championship title in five years while facing the pressures of demanding coaches and practices twice every day while trying to earn football scholarships to some of the countrys most respectable colleges.

Dave Sirulnick and Amy Bailey serve as Executive Producers for Two-A-Days. Jason Sciavicco and Jesse James Dupree of Humidity Entertainment are Executive Producers.
