CBS RECORDS GROUP SENOR HAPPY HAS WRITTEN AND PERFORMED THE THEME SONG FOR CBS'S NEW COMEDY "RULES OF ENGAGEMENT," PREMIERING TONIGHT

The Theme Song, Entitled "How Many Ways," Is Also A Track On Seor Happy's Forthcoming Album I'm Sorry

RULES Stars Oliver Hudson, Bianca Kajlich, Megyn Price, David Spade And Patrick Warburton In A New Comedy Series About The Different Phases Of Male/Female Relationships

CBS Records artists Seor Happy have written and performed the theme song for the new comedy series RULES OF ENGAGEMENT, which premieres tonight, Monday, Feb. 5 (9:30-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Additionally, the theme song, which is entitled "How Many Ways," is also a track on Seor Happy's new album, I'm Sorry, which will be available shortly on iTunes. For a preview of the song, click: www.cbsrecords.com/artist_sh.shtml

This strategic placement of a Seor Happy song highlights CBS Records' ongoing model to promote its artists directly to millions of consumers by including their songs in primetime series on CBS's top-rated schedule and other media platforms throughout the CBS Corporation.

Boston-based Seor Happy is one of the premiere acts to sign with CBS Records when it launched. Reversing the trend of musicians moving from Boston to Los Angeles, Seor Happy is comprised of Derek Schanche, Joe McMahon, and Tom Polce. Their first release was nominated for Best Debut Local Album by the Boston Music Awards. Compared to a cross between Elliot Smith meets the Foo Fighters, Seor Happy layers fresh breathy vocals over loud guitars.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT is a comedy about the different phases of male/female relationships, as seen through the eyes of a newly engaged couple, Adam and Jennifer, a long-time married pair, Jeff and Audrey, and a single guy on the prowl, Russell. As they find out, the often confusing stages of a relationship can seem like being on a roller coaster. People can describe them to you, but to really know what it's like you have to take a ride for yourself.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT is produced by Happy Madison Productions and CBS Paramount Network Television in association with Sony Pictures Television. Tom Hertz, Jack Giarraputo and Doug Robinson are the executive producers.
