GET READY TO FEAST ON COMEDY FROM THE MIDDLE EAST THE WORLD TELEVISION PREMIERE OF "AXIS OF EVIL COMEDY TOUR" DEBUTS SATURDAY, MARCH 10 AT 11:00 P.M. ON COMEDY CENTRAL´┐Ż

Featuring Stand-Up From Comedians Maz Jobrani, Ahmed Ahmed, Aron Kader And Dean Obeidallah

NEW YORK, February 27, 2007 -- America, get ready to burst with laughter! Four hysterical comedians, all of Middle Eastern descent, join together for the groundbreaking World Premiere of "Axis of Evil Comedy Tour," debuting on COMEDY CENTRAL Saturday, March 10 at 11:00 p.m.

Ever wonder what Middle Easterners think about Americans? Here's a chance for viewers to find out! From the OC Pavillion in Orange County, California, comedians Maz Jobrani, Ahmed Ahmed and Aron Kader, along with special guest Dean Obeidallah, join forces to terrorize comedy fans with some dead-funny stand-up in this all-new one hour special. Watch as these four laffers of the Levant take on a variety of topics ranging from the cultural divide to American paranoia to the conservative burqa fashion trend. If the best comedy is truth telling with an edge, no four men are sharper or have a more pointed view on today's society and finding a place in a vast, often suspicious and unfriendly America, than the comics in "Axis of Evil Comedy Tour."

"Axis of Evil Comedy Tour" features Iranian-American comedian, Maz Jobrani (from the ABC series "The Knights of Prosperity," and "The Interpreter,"), Egyptian-American comedian, Ahmed Ahmed ("Vince Vaughn's Wild West Comedy Show"), Palestinian-American comedian Aron Kader ("Premium Blend" and "The Shield") with special guest Arab-American comedian, Dean Obeidallah (Creator of the New York Arab Comedy Festival and COMEDY CENTRAL's new Internet show "The Watch List").
