ABC to Recap 'Housewives,' 'Grey'S' Once Again

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- ABC will once again keep "Desperate Housewives" and "Grey's Anatomy" viewers up to date as recap specials of both series are set to air next month.
The "Housewives" special, "The Juiciest Bites," will air Sunday, April 1 at 9:00/8:00c while the "Grey's" installment, "Every Moment Counts," is set for April 12 at 9:00/8:00c.
The news marks the fourth time each series has ran a clip show. The previous "Grey's" recaps include "Straight to the Heart," "Under Pressure" and "Complications of the Heart" while "Housewives'" recaps span "Sorting Out the Dirty Laundry," "All the Juicy Details" and "The More You Know, the Juicier It Gets."
Only "Lost" has offered up more clip shows in recent years - "The Journey," "Destination Lost," "Revelation," "Reckoning," "A Tale of Survival" and "Lost Survivor Guide."
Meanwhile in other ABC news, beginning April 3, the Alphabet will drop its Tuesday, 8:00/7:00c repeats of "America's Funniest Home Videos" in favor of repeats of "The George Lopez Show" and "According to Jim."
