CBS in May will feature the unpredictable finales of the Network's hit series along with a royal farewell to THE KING OF QUEENS when the comedy ends its nine-year, 200-plus episode run with a special one-hour finale.

Also in May, the winner of SURVIVOR: FIJI will be crowned in a special two-hour broadcast, and the final three teams dash to the finish line and the $1 million prize in THE AMAZING RACE: ALL-STARS.

The following are CBS's May sweeps season finales.

Thursday, May 3

SHARK -- Still reeling from the acquittal of serial killer Wayne Callison (guest star Billy Campbell), Sebastian (James Woods) draws Wayne out of hiding in an attempt to get a second chance at justice.

THE AMAZING RACE -- The final three teams race for the $1 million prize. Phil Keoghan hosts.

COLD CASE -- While investigating a 2006 murder/suicide of a family, a hostage situation erupts and Lilly (Kathryn Morris) and the team must contend with an obsessed, suicidal killer.

THE NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE -- Christine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) realizes that one reckless evening may have jeopardized her chance to begin dating Mr. Harris. Wanda Sykes ("Curb Your Enthusiasm") returns as Christine's best friend, Barb, and Blair Underwood ("L.A. Law") returns as Richie's teacher, Mr. Harris.

THE UNIT -- When the team returns from a mission, they discover they are being investigated by a group -- perhaps the CIA -- that is looking into their past mission infractions and face possible criminal charges.

JERICHO -- One of the town's leaders will not survive when Jericho must defend itself against an attack by the citizens of the nearby city.

WITHOUT A TRACE -- The team's search for a lonely teenaged girl, who disappears after joining a religious cult,uncovers more unsavory activities. Meanwhile, the legal case against Elena's (Roselyn Sanchez) ex falls apart and Jack (Anthony LaPaglia) must to figure out how to protect her from the vindictive husband.

GHOST WHISPERER -- Melinda (Jennifer Love Hewitt) is repeatedly confronted by a prophet ghost who imparts cryptic clues about an impending disaster, while she is also haunted by visions of the imminent death of someone who is close to her.

CLOSE TO HOME -- When Annabeth (Jennifer Finnigan) prosecutes a drug dealer for killing a policeman, she uncovers a group of corrupt cops which leads to death threats and the murder of someone in the D.A.'s office. Eric Stoltz and Jonathan Silverman guest star.

SURVIVOR: FIJI -- The special two-hour finale begins with five remaining castaways attempting to win the $1 million prize and title of "ultimate survivor." The finale is followed by a live one-hour reunion show featuring the 19 castaways together for the first time since being in Fiji. Jeff Probst hosts.

CRIMINAL MINDS -- This time it's personal when Gideon's (Mandy Patinkin) girlfriend is murdered by his nemesis Frank, an elusive and prolific serial killer. Gideon takes off to hunt Frank without telling the BAU and the team must profile Gideon as a suspect in order to find them both. Academy Award and Golden Globe winner Keith Carradine reprises his role as the sadistic serial killer, and Golden Globe Award winner Amy Madigan ("Carnivale") returns as Jane, the small town outcast who is seduced by the madman.

CSI: NY -- Following the largest drug seizure in New York history, Mac (Gary Sinise) and the CSIs must save the lab and face one of their toughest challenges yet when, in an elaborate heist, a drug lord and his crew descend upon the lab's vault in hopes of retrieving their merchandise.
