THE BEAUTY AND GEEK TEAMS VISIT THE SET OF "THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS" TO WRITE AND PERFORM THEIR VERY OWN LOVE SCENE ON TUESDAY, APRIL 8 ON THE CW
March 31, 2008 (Burbank, CA) � Now that the beauties have partnered with the geeks on BEAUTY AND THE GEEK, it's time for a geek makeover and a visit to the set of the #1 rated daytime drama "The Young and the Restless." The six remaining geeks receive a head-to-toe makeover before writing and performing a prom-themed love scene with their partner on Tuesday, April 8 (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET).
Joshua Morrow and Michelle Stafford, stars of "The Young and the Restless," welcome the teams, offer guidance for kissing scenes ("no tongue") and serve as judges as the beauties and geeks perfect their writing and acting skills. The winning couple will attend the world premiere of the new film "Prom Night" and are that much closer to the $250,000 grand prize.
"Beauty and the Geek" is from fox21 and is produced by Katalyst Films and 3 Ball Productions with executive producers Ashton Kutcher & Jason Goldberg ("Guess Who," "Punk'd"), Nick Santora ("Prison Break," "The Sopranos"), J.D.
