DOLLHOUSE (FOX) - "Drive" co-creator Tim Minear has inked a new two-year, seven-figure overall deal with 20th Century Fox Television. The pact covers his services for the next two years, including his work as a consulting producer on the 20th-based newcomer "Dollhouse," as well as calls for him to develop new series projects for the studio.

GOOD BEHAVIOR (ABC) - "Canterbury's Law" alum Keith Robinson has joined the cast of the drama pilot, about the Wests, a family of criminals whose matriarch (Catherine O'Hara) decides that it's time for her brood to go straight. He'll play Watts, a cop who frequently stops by the Wests' home and has a rapport with O'Hara's character. Charles McDougall is directing the ABC Studios-based hour - which also stars Stephanie Lemelin, Mae Whitman and Patrick Adams - from a script by Rob Thomas.

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (CBS) - Greg Malins has sealed a new two-year, seven-figure overall deal with 20th Century Fox Television. Said pact will call for him to develop new projects for the studio as well as cover his services on the veteran comedy, where he serves as a consulting producer.

NEVER BETTER (ABC) - Nicole Ari Parker ("Second Time Around") and Matt Winston ("John from Cincinnati") have both signed onto the Damon Wayans-led comedy pilot, about a recovering alcoholic trying to be a good husband and father. Parker will play Allison, the wife of Wayans's character, while Winston is set as his AA leader. David Walpert is behind the project, which is set up at ABC Studios. Marc Buckland is directing.

THE TONY ROCK PROJECT (MyNetworkTV, New!) - Tony Rock, Claude Brooks and Langley Productions are developing a new sketch comedy series that's being targeted for a fall start. The project, which will revolve around issues of race, class and power, is being executive produced by Brooks ("Under One Roof") alongside John and Morgan Langley. It's understood the Langleys have already shot some preliminary footage on location with Rock in anticipation of an expected eight-episode order. "Rock" then will air Wednesday nights at 8:30/7:30c this fall, between "Roof" and the fellow newcomer "Funniest Moments."
