THE SIX EAST COAST AUDITION FINALISTS ARE REVEALED ON ABC'S REALITY SERIES, "HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL: GET IN THE PICTURE"
Six talented finalists from the "High School Musical: Get in the Picture" East Coast Auditions were told they will be advancing to the next round of the competition during the MONDAY, JULY 21 episode of ABC's new reality series. The six are:
Anthony Acito, 17

Hobbies: Volleyball, singing, acting, coin collecting, basketball, football and hanging with friends
Bailey Purvis, 16
Hometown: Baton Rouge, LA
School: Attended Redemptorist High School this year, but is going to New Orleans Center for Creative Studies and doing independent study thru LSU in the fall
Hobbies: Shopping and theater
Isaiah Smith, 17
Hometown: Pittsburgh, PA
School: The Pittsburgh High School for the Creative and Performing Arts
Hobbies: Soccer, football, performing, chilling
James Wolpert, 17
Hometown: Strasburg, PA
School: Lampeter-Strasburg High School
Hobbies: drawing/sketching, writing (music & poetry)
Tierney Chamberlain, 17
Hometown: Madison, WI
School: Madison West High School
Hobbies: Singing and dancing, eating, hanging out with friends and just chilling
Briana Vega, 16
Hometown: Winter Springs, FL
School: Home-schooled
Hobbies: Writing in her diary, drawing & painting, and playing her guitar. She enjoys being active, mostly swimming, jumping on her trampoline and surfing
Finalists from the West Coast Auditions of the series will be revealed MONDAY, JULY 28 when "High School Musical: Get in the Picture" airs from 8:00-9:00 p.m., ET.
At the end of "High School Musical: Get in the Picture," one talented newcomer will become a part of "HSM" history. The winner will literally "get in the picture" when he/she stars in a music video shown in the end credits of the feature film, Disney's "High School Musical 3: Senior Year," opening this fall. In addition, the winner will also receive an exclusive talent hold agreement with ABC and a recording contract for two digital singles with Walt Disney Records, one of which will be a version of the song from the music video.
Executive producers of "High School Musical: Get in the Picture" are Jay Blumenfield and Tony Marsh (both of "Here Come the Newlyweds"). The production company is The Jay and Tony Show.
