APRIL AND OLLIE'S ALLIANCE IS SPLIT UP WHEN APRIL IS VOTED OUT OF THE "BIG BROTHER 10" HOUSE

After being nominated for eviction by Head of Household Renny, April was the sixth Houseguest evicted last night from the BIG BROTHER 10 house by a vote of 4 to 1. April will be the second Houseguest to be sequestered in the jury house. On Sunday, Jerry and April were nominated for eviction. On Tuesday, Dan won the Power of Veto and chose not to use it, keeping the original two nominees on the block.

During last night's live broadcast, April, a 30-year-old financial manager from Higley, Ariz., learned her fate and left the House. After leaving BIG BROTHER 10, she was interviewed by Julie Chen about her experience.

After last night's eviction, the Houseguests competed for Head of Household in an endurance competition called "King of the Jungle." Houseguests were suspended on vines hanging in a jungle-like setting. The players had to hold tight to the vines as they swung back and forth. The last Houseguest remaining on the vine who will be named the new Head of Household will be revealed on Sunday.

The Houseguests:

Angie Swindell, Orlando, Fla. via Virginia Beach, Va. - Evicted on Thursday, July 31

April Dowling, Higley, Ariz. via Arlington, Neb. - Evicted on Thursday, August 21

Brian Hart, San Francisco - Evicted on Wednesday, July 16

Bryan Ollie, Bloomington, Minn. (suburb of Minneapolis)

Dan Gheesing, Dearborn, Mich.

Jessie Godderz, Huntington Beach, Calif. via Rudd, Iowa - Evicted on Thursday, August 7

Jerry Mac Donald, Magnolia, Texas via Wilkes Barre, Pa.

Keesha Smith, Burbank, Calif. via Sterling, Ohio

Libra Thompson, Spring, Texas - Evicted on Thursday, August 14

Memphis Garrett, Los Angeles via Collierville, Tenn.

Michelle Costa, Cumberland, R.I.

Renny Martyn, Metairie, La. (suburb of New Orleans)

Steven Daigle, Dallas, Texas via The Woodlands, Texas - Evicted on Wednesday, July 23

BIG BROTHER 10 is broadcast three nights weekly, on Sundays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT), Tuesdays (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) and the live eviction show, hosted by Julie Chen, Thursdays (8:00-9:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT).

BIG BROTHER follows a group of people living together in a house outfitted with dozens of cameras and microphones recording their every move 24 hours a day. Each week the Houseguests will vote someone out of the house. At the end, the last remaining Houseguests will receive the grand prize of $500,000.

BIG BROTHER is executive produced by Emmy Award winner Allison Grodner, Rich Meehan and Scott Einziger, in association with Endemol U.S.A.
